'Rog Rage
Been playing a lot of Super Street Fighter IV lately. I bought it at launch, played it for a couple of hours and it gathered dust for months, yet for some reason I've picked it back up lately and I'm really enjoying myself. I main Balrog so I thought I'd do a quick sketch of the big man wearing a variant of my fave costume for him.

Sakura Lines and Flats WIP
Line art and flat colors for Sakura from Capcom's Street Fighter series.

Sakura Rough WIP
Winner of the Schoolgirl Battle Poll on my DeviantArt is Sakura Kasugano from Capcom's Street Fighter series. I didn't want to change TOO much of her costume so I instead added some more elements to it such as the neck muffler and a button up undershirt beneath her seifuku. I also put bandages and band-aids on her suggesting that she pushes herself hard and her skills as a fighter may have grown to the point that the other Street Fighters acknowledge her as a real opponent despite her young age.

Daily Sketch Challenge- Green Arrow
DC Comic's Green Arrow. Went back to my old, messier, more aggressive looking style for this one mainly to save time, too much HW.

Mamoru Takamura Rough
So, I just started watching the anime "Hajime no Ippo" and it's shaping up to be one of my favorites. This is Mamoru Takamura aka "The Japanese Hawk" aka "Takamura The Bear Slayer", in my opinion the coolest character in the show. I can't wait to watch more.

Diana-17 Rough
Diana-17 from Capcom's fighting game series: Tech Romancer (Choukou Senki Kikaoh in JP). I absolutely LOVED that game back when I had a Sega Dreamcast because it combined two of my favorite things: giant robots and fighting games. Diana-17's design was...extremely pink and Sailor Moon-like but in giant robot form which was really silly, yet I really liked some of the elements implemented like having a woman's face. It was expressionless but still very feminine. Unfortunately in the actual game, she was a walking face-palm as she trotted girlishly and bombarded your face with heart-beams and love-love javelins. Still, I wish Capcom would make an update to this game, they would certainly earn my money.

Prankster Storyboard For Class
A storyboard for my animation class. It was suppose to be a two-person group project, but I ended up staying up late to work on this alone cause my partner ninja vanished. Someone's gonna get choked today in class.
I also have an animatic posted in my deviantArt, so go check it out.

Kikai Omelet Eye-Catch storyboard
Well, apparently THIS storyboard may be too ambitious with the time allotted for my class. I'll probably work on that on my free time as there's a lot that need improving. THESE however should be good for my class, it's 12 seconds long, but I'll really try to flex my animator muscles. You can also see the animatic version HERE.

Daily Sketch Challenge- Arak: Son of Thunder
Arak from the self-titled comic book from DC comics.
Trying out this colored sketches business this week. I may be getting the hang of it. It's naturally hard for me to lay off the details during the lineart phase, but it seems that nailing the gesture as quickly as possible then just diving right into the colors is the way to go.
