Still trying to catch up on all the Daily Sketch Challenges that I missed. I'm trying a more loose sketchier style for my recent entries to mix things up and to ease off my drawing hand for a little bit.

High and Mighty Color CD Album Layout for Class

Hmm, it's kinda fun doing layouts even though my brain is still trying to grasp the ins and outs of Illustrator.

For this project we were to create a CD album of a band, fictional or not. I chose to do High and Mighty Color, one of my favorite bands. I felt a little sad since they disbanded last year though, but still thankful to Poseidon that I saw them in concert at last year's Sakura-Con as it was sure to be their last performance as a band in the U.S. Once again I am up late. I was doing so well too, but looks like I have to try to get my sleep schedule in a somewhat more normal mode. I'm all done with my freelancing for a game company called Boostr and my artwork will be featured in their game called Urban Rivals, an international browser based card fighting game. I'm still waiting for an okay to debut my designs and final character arts on my websites.

Here are the roughs for my fourth Megaman Tribute entry. It features the original six Robot Masters from Megaman, and I put Protoman in there as well for good measure.This should be my final one as the newly extended deadline is but two days away and I have other work that I need to finish.

Been extremely busy lately. I'm doing some freelance artwork for Urban Rivals, a browser based card fighting game. On top of that I have a plethora of school projects and the Megaman Tribute art contest pieces to worry about. I really like being busy though, it's very refreshing to just loose myself in art. Well, back to work!
